11.12.2024 12:13 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Relatable, I also hate the concept of needing to reach a certain quota of "reaching out to people" to keep a reputation, or whatever.
Normalise seeing people once every full moon after an eclipse, and still be besties.
It's called quality time, not quantity time.
(If unrelated, I apologize)
My dad loved Pink Floyd, I'm all for psychedelic doom/space rock, so there's definitely some influence there.
My mom likes whatever sounds "catchy/happy" on the radio, Im lucky I dodged that bullet, however.
Ah, the silverhand cyber-toxoplasmosis, classic

The fact that it's the furthest the US knows as left is telling, tbh.
(Not saying far is better, just baffling what the US considers far compared to the rest of the globe)
What far left in the US? And how did they screwed us? I'm genuinely curious.

Especially with a timer.
Muting "th*nksgiving" for 7 days as a European.
Sweet relief.
Yeah, I get that.
It's also typical when having autism and other neurodiversities (not speaking for everyone, ofc. Each experience is different) to need to point out patterns/inconsistencies, etc.
It's incredibly hard to ignore, as you'd feel like you're "just letting this happen, while you knew."
There are good religious individuals, true.
There are no good religious organisations.
But which one has the most influence on a global scale? A few well-meaning individuals, or wide pread organisations with a lot of capital?
We visited the UK last month, and last(-ish) minute, we got reminded that we needed a passport.
Crazy to need one for a train ride, tbh.
The problem is that I (and many other people in my position) have an urge where it's hard to resist pointing out obvious (to us) things.
Much of this "engagement baitey" content preys in that.

I know I'd quickly see it as criticism.
An "I thought your work wasn't good enough, so I 'fixed' it" if you will.
Damn, just keep some space for a taxidermy horse that might or might not arrive soon.
27.11.2024 23:00 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Well, I'm an open borders (abolishionist even) kind of person. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
So I don't care as much about that question as you'd want.
I'm not from the US, I don't know which specific organisations you talk about. Seems contradictory indeed, I agree.
I imagine it might have to with the US having a high "demand" in national pride, and it'd be to get popularity ๐คทโโ๏ธ not that I'd agree on such populistic methods.
It can't by essence, really. It'd be a bit of an oxymoron. One is grounded on equity, and the other differentiates people based on their nationality. They don't blend all too well.
That's why socialists are generally against nationalism. There's no real place for that in a socialist structure.
You do seem to be trolling indeed. You are kind of JAQing off (look it up if you're unfamiliar)
I'll assume you're indeed just curious, hence why I still respond (even if it's a bit obnoxious)
What do you mean by "the national question"?
