The government is reducing service standards and Canada Post’s biggest advantage: its nationwide network.

This plan is about cutting back the postal service instead of investing to give it new revenue tools through things like postal banking. It’s shameful.

At our last house a contractor just didn't deliver the mail to the boxes. Apparently bags of mail were just dumped rather than delivered.

An important part of the situation. Lead with the facts. WIthout providing this info it's just an attempt to stoke anger.

Set it to what makes sense. Then ticket people going 10km over. School zones should be 40. School roads shouldn't be on main arteries. IMO. I support whatever the majority decides ultimately. I use waze to avoid traffic cams, on a mounted phone. Also helps monitor speed limits.

What the limit is set at is debatable. Most would agree that in many places it is too low. Within 5 km of the speed limit should not be ticketed in my opinion.

People are ticketed in my city for less than 10 km over the limit. Even 2 km over is being ticketed.

The outrage is that in a society where commuting is necessary but horrendous people receive tickets based on a speed that most would see as reasonable. It is a cash cow. Our own fault because of downloading by the province. We voted them in.

The rhetoric on mainstream media blaming social media for the violence in the U.S. is repulsive. Political pundits and MSM are all profiting from stoking division and hatred. Of course many on opposite political sides are friendly. Laughing all the way to the bank.

My first home in Toronto! The legal description referred to the bungalow type. Great house. Still standing and unmodified. At 40 years old it was given a 10/10 in a home inspection by a guy who helped write the building code.

We have a bit of a natural experiment here. Compare the tone, quantity and duration of Charlie Kirk coverage with that of the two Dem lawmakers gunned down in their homes in Minnesota 6 months ago. May be revealing.

Can someone in the media explain what these workers declared when they entered the country. I worked for my Canadian company for years in the U.S. under different exemptions. Those workers should have done something similar and I'm sure they did. We need facts.
