Sight loss charity RNIB has warned that thousands of people could be missing out on vital support at one of the most critical points of a sight loss journey β diagnosis.
"Knowing what support is available. It just made me realise there were lots of lost opportunities."
Natalie is severely sight impaired, but it wasn't until a few years ago that she connected with RNIB and realised what services and support were available to her.
