This is hitting me hard, my cousin Dominique was from my bio dad’s side of the family. As many of you know things with my bio dad’s were complicated. But my Dominique never judged me for losing touch. She found me on MySpace and we stayed in touch through social media.

Today and this week has just been hard between the ice raids and today being 9 years since my Dad passed away suddenly. Everything was just bugging me that I threw one of Mookie’s tennis balls hard out of frustration and threw my shoulder out. It’s throbbing. I’m an idiot.
