Today was the first inspection of the year. I don't normally do them until April, but an unexpectedly warm week is a good time to get in there. They're looking good.

Divorce and work strife have made my last 6 months hard.
With yesterday's good news and first inspection today, I'm in a much better place and going to come out the other side so much happier.
