Tasty honey garlic stir-fry. I used textured protein slices from Happy Veggie World (made in BC check them out!). A great substitute for honey is maple syrup:
1 TBL maple syrup
Minced garlic ( I measure with my soul)
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
