If humanity is made of clay then we have as much birthright, with equal measure gentle words and firm hands, to shape it towards love. And we must continue to sew our stories into the tapestry of our shared history. You have to live. Not just refuse to kill yourself. Not just survive. You have to live, and dance, and sing. You need to howl in pain so loudly that it sounds the clarion call to your neighbors. You have to laugh so thunderously it rattles inside the souls of those malnourished of love.
