Not enough is being done for the black families after the LA fires. Ive partnered up with GoFundMe and the BMAC to create ONE main GoFundMe campaign to immediately help those in need.

As most of you may know, #TikTok is back up and running as usual. I think it is a good idea to continue to build on other socials because we already know that TikTok is going to be changing drastically. Like I said before, it is not gonna be the same app that we know and love. #tiktokisback

I think this is definitely time to get more immersed in our hobbies and the world around us. Bring disconnected can be good but also scary.

Friendly reminder that if you buy a book on Kindle, you're only paying for the rights to read, not own. If a book truly gets banned, it will be taken away from digital platforms like Kindle, nook, etc. Consider getting physical copies of banned (or other) books!

I’ve been trying to get back into YouTube as well. I don’t think I followed enough people though. It’s just so different.

A reminder:

Donald Trump launched this whole TikTok ban as far back as August 2020 when he issued an Executive Order highlighting his concerns about TikTok specifically.

He then ordered ByteDance (TikTok’s parent co) to divest its interest in the operation of the app in the US.

Trump’s no hero.

2/2 I’m not really sure how I feel right now. In a way I feel like it may be the social media detox that we all need. But on the other hand, I feel disconnected with the world. And that is the hardest part for a lot of us. But I also think that was the whole point. #TikTokConnectedUs

How is everyone feeling now that the #tiktokban is no longer a looming threat? Are you gonna touch grass or try to immerse yourself in another app? I mean we all know TikTok is not going to be a place most of us want to be.
