Better from Trent. Running back, trying to do a tactical foul and giving it his all to get back into the box. Needs to do that every time and he’ll have no complaints from anyone.

I’d actually play Trent on Wednesday vs Spurs. Almost as punishment & to see if he’s got the right attitude to put things right & step up defensively. If he fails, then bring in Bradley going forward and in the PL games

If Trent doesn’t want to talk then he needs to let his football do the talking - much like Mo & Virgil are doing albeit they’ve both indicated they’d like to stay.

First time this season Slot got it wrong with his subs.

Trent needed to be subbed far sooner. Once we took the lead we needed to bring on another midfielder for forward to plug the spaces.

As for Darwin - what was he hoping to get from him? Wasted sub.

Really missed Szobo’s intensity and pressing. Lost too many battles and no doubt could have helped Trent more than Jones did who was poor.

The Trent situation needs resolving quickly, even if it's only internally. That can't be the level he's at for the rest of the season. Especially when our left back is constantly giving goals away on the other side.

Virgil might currently be volleying Trent and his brothers up and down Breck road.

Don’t want a slow patient controlled start. It gives a chance to United to get into the game & have their moments

Trent flirting with Madrid has been hurtful enough. However, if he then became distracted & performed below his ability it would be unforgivable when there’s a title on the line.

Whatever his future holds, he’s vice captain & needs to get us over the line in the coming months.

League table & our fixtures are interesting. We play the top half mainly away from home but the bottom half mainly at home.

It’s an observation only as the reality is we’re winning most of our games regardless who and where we play !

Coady & Vestergaard love crosses. Eat them up all day. They can’t stand players being direct or pacy though.

Diaz or Jota in the 10 would give them something else to think about and free up Darwin & Mo

Everything is perfect on the pitch with Slot in charge.

Off the pitch Edwards / Hughes haven’t done what’s needed creating uncertainty. Contracts need extending asap whilst two new signings in Jan would help us hugely to win the big trophies
