There are things that Carney is doing that some Conservatives agree with. I'm hoping Bonnie can see that and is maybe not totally an indoctrinated Reform Conservative.

I'm not a Conservative, but I hope she wins and sends PP packing. She will still be an independent regardless if she is a Conservative. Then will come the CPC convention and I hope they send PP packing too.

So she may win as an Independent Conservative.

This is another photo along the Buena Vista Beach trail. Dense green foliage along the shore covering rocks placed in this area to stabilize the ground at the edge of the lake. Also visible is a dead tree that was knocked over in the recent wind storm.

I couldn't get a good shot of their heads but their eyes are a bright red. The Grebe is a diving bird and can stay under water for extended periods.

Voted early in the Battle River Crowfoot by-election. 214 candidates. To help there was a book sorted by name or by party. You wrote the name of your choice on the ballot. No marking an X. Spelling is optional just be close. There was a security guard present. Just in case. We will see what happens.

Advance polling is open in Battle River Crowfoot Alberta from August 8 to 11th.

Please everyone make sure you get out and vote.
