The new DHS funding deadline is next week and Democrats must continue to hold the line and refuse to fund DHS without ironclad limits on ICE and CBP, actual accountability for abuses, and clear guardrails to stop raids and intimidation. Contact your elected officials.

Ultimately we've got to prosecute agents and officials who committed crimes, and we've got to dismantle DHS entirely and start over. But as a list of demands to reduce harm now? This is surprisingly good from Dem leadership.
