Oof- I just watched a passed-out person at a restaurant drop a phone and somebody else took it and left - I chased the person down but they just kept saying "leave me alone" - I tried to wake them up before and after the chase but no luck. I'm so frustrated but what else could I have done?

My friend has a condition and has to do a lot of waiting in hospitals. Today was more boring than anything else, which is a relative good thing I suppose :)
