Once the year proper starts, I'll make sure I start posting more. The hardest thing about it is just getting started, I think, and I always have a lot of doubt about anything I'm saying on this sort of thing. So if you read all this, thanks for listening to me ramble. Happy New Year, until then.

Annnnnd.... That just leaves films, which I didn't see a lot of this year. Superman is probably the most notable, because funny enough it was the same way we got our new puppy which mom named Honey, but apart form that I also watched Chainsaw Man and Wicked For Good. So I had a pretty good time.

In terms of personal development, apart from exercising, I've been working on becoming more of a chef since I cook for my folks fairly regularly. With a mandolin I got for Christmas, I feel like my options for 2026 will be even better, so do look forward to whenever I post stuff I cook.

Before the Switch 2 released, however, I upgraded my 2070 to a 4070 with Christmas money I got and that helped get me back into the swing of gaming in tandem with the Switch 2, and the games I played on both would require a big post on their own to cover it all, so later.

was the biggest thing while I was waiting on news for the Switch 2, though I also got really into modded Mario Kart 7 as well. I do recommend getting into it for a fun library of games that are still not released anywhere else like Kid Icarus Uprising (maybe one day Sakurai...)

On the gaming end, I started this year with my 2070 graphics card hitting its limit with stuff it can manage on my PC, and my Switch had given up the ghost before 2025 began, so I got big into my 3DS again, which is surprisingly easy to mod, don't you know? Over there, Project X Zone 2 (cont)

that Cygames has released up to now, from S1 to Cinderella Gray, concluding with the finale that aired a bit ago. I've also started trying to hit a few items on Netflix, which was a good time in the case of the One Piece movies Red, Gold and Z. When I get started on another seires, I'll talk here.

In terms of anime I watched, I started building a genuine library of stuff I want to watch and rewatch, particularly going back through the Gundam series with wing and 00, which is still on the backburner. The big thing I got into, however, was Umamusume, where I watched every piece of anime (cont)

For starters, on exercise front I do think I'm in the best shape I've ever been, apart from letting my eating lapse and gaining some weight. Despite that though, it's not been something that's been significantly impacting my living, and the big thing was hitting 50 miles on biking in one session.

Gonna try and be more active on this site during 2026 because I really do want to get my thoughts out there more. I suppose I can start with the stuff I did in 2025, however.

AEW All Out is this Saturday—and let’s just say my love for Cowboy Bebop finally found its moment. This Toni Storm story fit perfectly with that vibe, so after a ton of rotoscoping, mattes, and late-night creativity,“4 Ways to Die” was born.

This might honestly be my favorite package Ive done! #AEW

Doing cleanup of the games I was immediately interested in before Silksong since I want that plate CLEAN before it and Metroid Prime 4. Kirby DLC was a great time, nice to have Forgotten Land at 60FPS, and Bananza is currently my favorite game of the year, so I'm feeling pumped to see Silksong.

Definitely remember when I was reading Shippuden live with the homies in the school library that we thought he was one of the coolest Akatsuki by far. Granted we hadn't seen anyone yet, but bombs is a cool gimmick to have for sure!

Got done homebrewing a Wii U that my brother gave me for helping him set up his new Switch 2, and it's a very satisfying feeling going through all the setup for me personally. While the Wii U was memed on, and rightly so, it's nice that it gets to have a nicer post-mortem as a homebrew machine.

I’m not sorry for the family feud jokes I’m doing with Tenna

After what felt like an eternity, finally beat the Ch. 3 endboss for #Deltarune. And it was probably one of the most satisfying feelings of beating a challenge I've had all year. Sometimes I feel really down about myself but overcoming a challenge like this helps a lot.

Oh also, been wanting to post more over here about various gaming stuff that I do, but I always get stuck on what I actually want to say at any point. Guess the first step is always just to get something out, so expect some various stuff from my end coming soon.

Having a blast with Deltarune Ch. 3 so far, but I've hit THAT brick wall and without the absolute banger track that comes with it I would definitely be a lot more frustrated, but with that said I love skill tests like this and will happily throw myself at the brick wall more until I win.
