I worked for Atkins 20 years ago, just after Dr. Atkins died, and really if you’re doing it the way it’s written you eat quite a lot of green vegetables, fish, chicken, etc. But it was the bunless cheeseburger with a side of bacon that made the media splash so that’s what everyone remembers
