23 years eating no animal products at all. It started out for health issues, but more and more I’m glad not to be contributing to pollution, environmental degradation and cruelty to other beings.

What about DVDs? I guess my husband and I are OLD, but we still have shelves of favorite movies on DVD. Also the public library has a good collection, including some really good documentaries we haven’t seen yet. (p.s. We also still have a landline, just in case.)

I don’t think I have anything Disney or ABC related, so nothing to cancel. Using Roku to access YouTube, PBS and we still have AmazonPrime for movies (I know, I know).

Maybe it depends on the area of the country. Here in the midwest/plains it is absolutely normal and would sound a little strange to put a ‘fricative’ (air-blowing) T in the middle of a word like butter. You might do it if you needed to make something extremely clear, but otherwise not.

Hard to understand what they’re getting at. I think this is very poor material. Who is writing/publishing this? They should have something more interesting for kids. Someone here explained it’s about calories/ energy—so why not just say that? Sometimes it’s the school board that selects texts.

If you needed to see a doctor or take care of yourself but couldn’t leave the patient alone, then what? Is that what happened? This makes me so very sad.

I’ve been thinking this exact same thing. I don’t want to criticize as I know nothing about it, but still I don’t think one person can take care of an advanced Az patient without help. A home health care nurse or nurses, or just a health aide, somebody to take off the strain and 24/7 responsibility.

My eyesight got worse recently, have LC but last took Maraviroc around two years ago so i don’t think it’s that for me. Rather dramatic blurriness in right eye. Am experimenting with nicotine patch treatment, very low dose and it is clearing up that eye significantly. Good luck to you.
