New York City will host a national track and field championships for the first time since the 1991 USA Athletics Congress Championship.

UPDATE: Three-time Wanamaker Mile champion Elle St. Pierre has unfortunately scratched from Sunday’s Millrose Games due to illness.

Just last weekend, she ran a world-leading 8:26.54 over 3,000 meters in her first race since giving birth to her second child eight months ago.

🇬🇧The 2026 TCS London Marathon will feature a historic clash of champions as defending champion and women-only world record holder Tigst Assefa returns to face Olympic champion Sifan Hassan and World champion Peres Jepchirchir.

The full podium from the Olympics and ‘25 Worlds will be in London.

200m World champion Noah Lyles says he plans to run the 60m at the U.S. Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 to March 1 in Staten Island, New York).

However, he is not planning on competing at the World Indoor Championships in Poland (March 20-22) due to the proximity to his wedding date in April.

🇩🇰 Wilson Kipketer's 1:42.67 indoor 800m world record was set in 1997 without a pacemaker.
