Media companies are regulated by antitrust laws for business practicesโ€”not for how they handle speech!

1/ Most pleased to file a brief for @techfreedom.org in support of @netchoice.bsky.social's emergency application at SCOTUS.

A Mississippi law, HB 1126, age-gates social media. The Fifth Circuit let the law take full effect pending appeal. SCOTUS must step in and rescue free speech online.

Age verification is a policy idea which just wonโ€™t die, despite being repeatedly struck down in court.

This is just the latest attempt to spin it with a new twist - by putting the responsibility on app stores. But that doesnโ€™t make age verification any more constitutional.
