But to me dave cockrum was the best x-men artist during claremont era x-men

Grant morrison wrote such a great emma

Chris Claremont story in x-men #35 / #700 was so touching

Kurt deserves nothing but all the happiness in the in the world

As much as I don't like the original ultimate x-men ( i rarley like mark millar work in general)

But i gotta admit i like the team lineup alot and i kinda want the mcu x-men to have this lineup

Yeah even though god loves, man kills did cause some controversery back then

But today in social media age this book and this scene would have caused social media to go nuts lol

Only a guy with a great level of delusion would try to tell you that claremont x-men and nocenti daredevil and denny o'neil gl/ga and siegel and shuster superman weren't political

You can start at any era and any point wether it's the 80s or 2000s or 2010s or even current comics

I think the problem is people exaggerate the comic book continuity and how long comics are they think its hard to get into them even though you can start at any point

The x-men were created in 1963 it doesn't mean that as a new fan you have to start with lee and kirby x-men

Batman is a good example of big dude that looks scary as hell but has a heart of gold and very kind

That's the case with alot of characters tbh

Like x-men movies and even the good ones don't Compare to a random morrison or claremont issue

Same with spidey as much as i love raimi movies they don't Compare to a random conway or dematteis issue

I think the pre crisis clark/lois/superman love triangle is fun and messy and works better as a temporary status quo before lois learns the secret eventually and marries clark
