i’m so happy it looks so cognitive and healthy so far. i may have to hand feed it some fruit flies but ill do what i can to help it get to its next molt. i’ve never had a jumping spider bounce back from a really bad molt like this before. they are so fragile but this is known to happen with slings

a tiny miracle happened with one of my baby jumping spiders. it had a bad molt where its lower legs got caught, making them harden limp and deformed ;_;

i was able to use a wet paint brush to help gently lift the molt off yesterday.
surprisingly its recovered energy and is trying to use its legs 💗
