ICE agents arrested an observer during an early morning raid in Minneapolis and maced press in afternoon actions on Dec. 9.
NEW: On Tuesday morning, locals in Minneapolis confronted ICE agents on N. 21st Ave. and N. Oliver Ave.
The pre-dawn raid captured in part on video shows a handful of heavily armed agents detaining Susan Tincher, a 55 y/o white American, who was observing.

Nick Benson noted that certain “crowd-sourced sites like adsb.lol, which aren’t beholden to FAA privacy regulations” help provide a level of transparency.
GlobalX Air, Eastern Air Express, and Denver Air Connection were a few of the airlines that ICE was using for flights out of MSP, said Benson.
