Vetting? Are you kidding? Trump is consumed with a feral desire to punish people he hates. There is no real thought going into these actions. When they blow up in his face, he caves and tries to spin it as a victory or at least a magnanimous concession.

He only sees the real estate. The people are a nuisance. This is how he’s always operated.

My biggest complaint with Facebook is the nonstop torrent of AI-generated crap. I must get at least five dissertations on the Beatles in my feed every day. They are dully written and loaded with errors. The Meta gods know I'm a Fab Four fan, so this is what I get, I suppose, but I’m sick of it.

Facebook’s decline has accelerated noticeably since November. I’ll soon be avoiding it like I avoid Twitter. It’s too bad. I can remember how exciting and compelling both once were. There are still folks I want to keep in touch with on FB, but the stench of corruption and AI is wearing on me.

Merrick Garland is too busy. He’s in a gimp suit in some West Hollywood dungeon.
