Potential Ovarian Cancer Combo Therapy Targets Signaling Pathways The researchers paired rigosertib and a PI3K/mTOR inhibitor, which both inhibited tumor growth and overcame drug-induced resistance.

“We’re excited by the potential of using this combination in ovarian cancer, and we think this approach will be useful to identify effective treatments against other cancers,” said study senior author and EIPM Member Benjamin Hopkins, Ph.D.
