I'm fairly calm, enough that I went into town with Mr Flibbertigibbet, grabbed a delicious subway 😋 and made some Lego purchases 😁😁😍 I'm home and relaxing, but emotionally drained. I could use a nap but it's not wise to disrupt my sleep pattern even further

Therapy session today was tough. After miscommunication with a family member and the anniversary of the death of Mum and dad and the fatal RTA I witnessed I popped a couple of diazepam to ease my anxiety. My pain levels are high, add some morphine= very emotional, thankfully no panic attacks

Sorry for the rant folks...I'm trying to keep it together and struggling

I quit smoking 5mths ago but also quit using prescribed medical cannabis for pain and anxiety. GP was pleased about that and then asked is that why your pain medication has increased? 🙄

So sick of having to argue the fucking toss with medical people...I call the GP once in a blue moon

Had an argument with GP to look at my notes to see I'm under the care of Pain Clinic and Psyche Pain management to see that I occasionally use Diazepam...oh yes she says! Oh but you're taking a lot of pain medication yes! Please refer to my pain clinic notes... FFS!

It's that time of year where my anxiety is at its highest. I had several panic attacks yesterday...to find out my diazepam had expired..
