I took my ADHD medication for the first time in three years.

Best self: cleaned my space, reorganized my shelves, made calls I'd been avoiding.

Worst self: acted like I got off an acid trip where I met God, decided he was an asshole, and resolved to start a new religion.

So stop talking to just your senators and start talking with the marginalized of your community. Who needs HRT? Who needs their cane repaired? Who is walking home at night alone in a police-infested neighborhood? Ask these questions instead of begging the people who already left us for dead.

We don't have time to pander to people who've already made it clear that they don't care about us. No one is coming to save us, but us. When we *really* get that, we can let go of what binds us to this fucked up system, and actually start making some moves. Until then, we're going to keep losing.

Calling our senators is not enough. We need to visualize a better future that isn't within the structure that allows anti-trans, homophobic, racist, and ableist bills in the first place. Only when we understand what we want can we actually take apart what's harming us now, what's *killing* us now.

I feel this so hard. I'm stuck at 28. It's been devastating to watch people walk away from the last five years as if nothing happened. More devastating to watch them subject their children to the fantasy of 2019, and the kids have no context within which to understand their fate and lack of choice.

I want to try this again, using new language to see if I come up with a similar answer. For context, this is the only stab I've taken on this, since this is the first time I've really used the tool. I want to be more mindful of my questions and try a different tactics across separate sessions.
