Over the course of ~48 hours, 7 batches of Bluesky accounts (36 accounts total) changed their avatars, display names, and biographies, with each batch having its own repeated biography. In most cases, all of the accounts in a batch were updated within minutes of each other.

This network of hijacked Bluesky spam accounts with repetitive biographies has continued to expand. The growth can be monitored by watching the Bluesky firehose for changes to the biographies and display names of established accounts.
