Though I am grateful for the fact that I'm no longer experiencing suicidal spirals like I did when I was unmedicated. That's a huge thing. I still get depressed but I can work through it.

Since I've been back on medication I've only experienced the annoying bits of hypomania, like not being able to sleep. Feels like a scam 😭

I love social media pages for local cats that are like mini celebrities. There's one called Stella who lives near me and she was in the Pets at Home store today and a picture of her on the cash desk has nearly 300 likes. This is what the internet is for.
