Panic! At the Lightning Room

So far I have 2 confirmed diagnoses and 3 evidences of a problem, but not final diagnosis yet. I turned 31 and immediately fell apart. I thought aging was supposed to be gradual!

I've been saying from the beginning that I might be getting hit with several health problems at once and I think it's true. My copper deficiency and digestive issues are on the path to correction but I'm still having dizzy spells and what do you know, I've suddenly developed constant sinus pain...

Some people's reaction to this is like "that seems invasive" and yeah I kinda agree but
1) it's in no way required
2) like I said all my basic biometrics are normal/unremarkable
So I'm happy to just take their discount and be a dot on a chart lol

My health insurance offers a discount for letting them look at some basic biometric markers yearly, if they're all in normal range

Anyway the only nice thing about being a medical mystery is that my biometrics are normal so they'll continue giving me the discount despite me spending ALL THEIR MONEY

Yeah I'm not dying RIGHT NOW but it's impeding my life and ability to work and the longer this goes on the more likely I could have permanent damage. The ablist system that only values my ability to work is doing its darnedest to disable me and remove my ability to work.

American health care needs... A lot of things, but the one that's getting to me most right now is the lack of an option between "I'm dying right now" and "I can wait 2 months"
Urgent cares are trying to fill this need but they're only equipped to deal with basic things like broken bones and flus

I don't know what Hollywood Bowl stage designer needs to hear this, but stop pointing spotlights directly into the eyes of the people who are halfway up the bowl and therefore are precisely eye level with them.

I didn't think I was going to go for trophies or other collectables in the game but it took me until finishing the game to *get* it and now I think I might go back for at least some extra exploration after all...

It got scary then scarier then there were cool robots then I was crying?? RiME was good! Perfect for if you're looking for low-stakes gameplay but good storytelling like I was this week.

The only positive from being as sick as I was is that the fatigue cancelled out my insomnia. Now that I'm getting better my need for melatonin is also returning 😂

Every test result I get seems to come with an "okay but WHY" component. My endoscopy found gastritis but... Why. I haven't had coffee, alcohol, nsaids, or even much spicy food in 3 months, so it can't be just an irritant. Must be chronic infection or autoimmune? Hopefully biopsy helps answer...

I still think it's all related. There's something up in my digestion that's causing the pain, the weight loss, the deficiencies, everything. Just need to figure out what...

My dizziness and brain buzzing is better but I'm still very weak. My newest issue is constant pain around my ribs? Which is what's making it difficult to eat. I want to get checked for liver, kidney, and gallbladder function next (already doing/scheduled stomach and intestine tests)

No, I don't think the nose cyst burst after all, I think I just hurt myself normally when I hit my nose lol. The nose cyst is manageable with allergy meds though, I'll probably get it looked at when everything else calms down. And migraines are a neurological condition, not actually related to sinus

I am the lowest weight I've ever been in my adult life. The lowest since middle school when I was also still several inches shorter. It's upsetting and I want my butt back.

My body's gunk % is too low. Need more gunk. Need my stomach and intestines to do a better job taking gunk from food and putting it into my water.

Today was the first day I could stand without having a constant "I need to sit down immediately" lightheaded sensation. I've been able to ignore it and walk around in short bursts for about a week but today is the first day it's been gone!!
