The Guardian is reporting that Trump is openly violating a court order, and has transferred multiple transgender women to men's facilities.

We know in Florida, transgender women are having their hair shorn, feminine items confiscated, and pulled off medication.

This is inhumane and illegal.

One point to make is that LGBTQIA professionals actually will not be able to travel to these states safely. And if one were queer or trans, going to that conference, one would not be able to safely receive medical care if one had an emergency during the conference....

I'm sorry to hear this. Sorry but not surprised. Much of the so-called commitment to these groups of people by large health care organizations is performative at best. If you feel like this is an important point to make with them you could organize some homies for a letter writing campaign...
