I do three days a week and it's the best thing I've done. The plan was to go vack up to 4 days at the end of October but I think I might stay at 3.

Wearing my heart on my sleeve today. Do you know what makes me feel sad and a bit upset - it's Manchester Pride weekend and no one has asked whether we are going. Not one person out of the many followers I have on social media has checked in on us and wondered if we will be there 😪
