Every episode that I edit I notice that I reference Sailor Moon more and more often.

DND is frequently a wargame masquerading as an RPG... It's all about getting to the combat. And yet... It still has all of the trappings of an RPG with no scenic rules so it gets zany easily.

This is fun! This is my completely improvised DND podcast where the joy is in the co-DM concept. There are no rules except what we discover together as we discover the game, negotiate the story, and try to mess with each other's characters.

It's very dynamic!

I think that the overlap between GM and any kind of facilitated discussion is huge. From the corporate world I've always compared it to structured meetings but as you say that I'm reminded of the few workshops I was lucky to teach and it definitely rings.
