Looking across the darkened pasture that goes from side to side and the tree line that separates the pasture from the sky. A sliver of a pond is barely visible between the trees and the grass close to the right side. Above the trees on the left side is the bright yellow sun and the sky surrounding it is deep orange and it stays orange as it pans to the right and then low gray clouds. The lower center is a large dark gray cloud that has trailing clouds that are visible in the distance, it also has a dark gray cloud that comes from the right side of it. The cloud is tinged amber and pink and white on the left side which is the sun side, and small pink and gray clouds beside it. Higher above is wispy white clouds that goes in different directions.

It was a beautiful morning in South Africa's Cape Point Nature Reserve, a land of towering coastal mountains & vast inland planes, as the sun broke through clouds & painted it all in spectacular light!

Taken from a rise above Seilebost Beach the turquoise waters of the Atlantic send waves to crash upon the beach. In the middle distance a wides shallow bay stretches towards the start of Luskentyre Beach which is in the centre of the image. In the distance the rugged hills of Harris dominate the horizon. Above, stormy looking clouds on the left herald the arrival of a rain squall, to the right blue sky with fluffy clouds allows fpr patches of sunlight to illuminate the scene.

One for #Scape day... well it is Friday !
