this is a battle-worn MacBook Pro from 2012, an ancient artifact of the precursor civilization. etched across its metal body are runes in the old tongue and it is adorned with decorations presumably of strong religious significance. its display is working but a small constellation of broken elements are occasionally visible in use. the SSD, containing presumably vital data of immense archaeological worth, has unfortunately been removed. the official batteries, long dead, have been replaced with an aftermarket set that also appear to have reached their end of life. a hardware fault prevents this computer from booting or installing an operating system successfully, very frustrating for our scientists who were keen to explore the seemingly impossible technology of this bygone culture. perhaps an enterprising tech with an interest in restoring prehistoric machinery might find use in this item. supplied with a working power supply in a similar state of physical degradation.
