How much does the UK spend on welfare?

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ Relatively little compared to Europe: just 10.8% of GDP in 2023 (including sickness & disability benefits, pensions, etc.).

Meanwhile, ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎFinland spends 25.7% of GDP & ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ทFrance 23.8%.
