I think issues like this is basically why Image, Dark Horse and other companies were created back in the day, and why their comics hit different

Sad beige millenial. I swear I draw sometimes too. Includes nature photos. Closer proximity = higher chance of bad puns. ♠️

Basically when creators can’t choose the story pace/length and/or they know they could be cancelled any time, which is a bummer.

He’s using copyright as an excuse to get them removed, which is so baffling considering he’s a serial tracer. He has claimed official Bambi background art as his own, but there’s so much more.
A long 🧵
Not a defeatist, I just know the difference between challenging and difficult.

No, I mean right now. Go tell someone you loved their work right now. They're on social media just say it, it has never been easier
"They know how much people love--" no they don't go say it right now to a composer or artist or game dev or writer or anyone AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Difficult isn’t the same as challenging or fun. And just if because things worth doing aren’t often easy, the world would be a better place if it would, so I’d personally re-think that mindset.
05.10.2025 10:10 — 👍 9 🔁 1 💬 1 📌 0It’s the dosage that matters here; a teaspoon of charcoal in a drink can’t negate the alcohol in the drink more than a teaspoon of alcohol can get you drunk. You need enough charcoal to absorb the element, and studies suggest its not helpful with alcohol anyway: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3710499/

Maybe THIS is the real difference between magical/non magical ponies? Unicorns have spider-like legs and earth ponies oobleck.
02.10.2025 18:13 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Well its more funny in retrospect but a mockup, with logo stuff pulled from Google and a large "Work In Progress" text on it, got the message: "We like it but the assets seem unfinished"
...yeah I bet they did
And I'm not shunning this approach 100% because I too am like "eh, I'll start from where I start" because I can't always start from vol 1 (comics, book/media series etc) because its not available so I'll just go along with what is, but what kids of books she reads where the middle is a good start?
02.10.2025 17:19 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I'm curious about the "I start at the middle" in that why is the middle better than like, the last chapter?? If the start of the book isn't important to enjoying the ending, surely the middle isn't either? I'd think the mass of info of starting from middle would detract from the enjoyment more.
