So because @bsky.app refuses to moderate their app and thinks it's a good idea to give random unhinged users the power to mod, I won't be using this anymore.

Seeing literally dozens of minors get put on adultnsfw accs hatelists and have the mods do nothing has soured me to this place. (3/)

I've seen minors mass-targeted by nsfw porn discourse accounts, bluesky does nothing.

I've seen trans people get auto-labelled as transphobic, @bsky.app does nothing. In fact, almost every trans person gets auto-labelled transphobic until they're personally vetted by the creator. (2/)

I'll be blanking this account soon and eventually moving to my own domain once I have it set up.

Bluesky's refusal to add an "opt in/opt out" feature for labelers and lists makes this place awful and unsafe honestly. (1/)

I used to hate drawing backgrounds and I'm still not Great at executing them but I've grown to really love doodling little faraway buildings with their little window shutters and aaaah

bsky really needs to sort out things like their auto-labelers and blocklists because at this point they have zero utility and just end up targeting random people

I agree with all this on the basis of properly crediting and paying for any form of labour but I also have no idea what a manu is. So I am leaving a vaguely confused like.

The deranged person who put me on a "annoying people" blocklist is 27 and has public "antiship" blocklists where they list minors as young as 15 on the list. And not just one or two, like a quarter of the people on their lists are CHILDREN.

I'm literally on blocklists like "used the word shitlib once and it hurt my feelings" and "annoying people" with no explanation or description. Y'all need to grow up for real lmao.

I think we should make a blocklist for people who misuse blocklists lol. Some of you are like mean highschoolers with this shit and then you're in your 20s. Go outside!
