@maria877.bsky.social agree. And one day the truth will come out.

Apart from AOC, where are the Democrats? Did I miss the press conference where Democrat leaders stood up and said β€˜not in our name, we stand with Ukraine’?

Well, this is bigger than colour, but for sure a solution can’t be implemented without them. I have seen some politicians speaking out (white, not just AOC), and members of the public. There’s maybe still hope…

Considering Trump’s current stance on Ukraine and Greenland, it’s not totally inconceivable that the EU may soon need to view US as a hostile power. Could US troops even be uninvited from EU territory?

AI Agents will be massive. But first, they’ll be a mess. β€” Mike Betts Right now, AI agents are like an early-stage gold rush. Everyone knows there’s something huge here, but no one’s quite sure how to extract the real value. Make no mistake – agents will take off. And ...

πŸš€ AI agents will be hugeβ€”but first, they’ll be a mess. Before they take over, we’ll need AI just to manage them. Here’s why: www.mikecbetts.com/genaithought...

@graceblakeley.bsky.social If obesity related hospital admissions doubled in 6 years, what caused the sudden spike? Is it poverty leading to bad diets? Food regulations haven’t changed that much since Brexit surely?

I don’t know how to add up the hours I’ve spent on Gen AI in the last 2 years, working with various tools and LLMs, watching capabilities improve, learning how to leverage it and when to apply it.

I do know that if I was going to hire someone, I wouldn’t hire anyone that was missing those skills.

@knguyen.bsky.social I also hate the way that AI β€œsummaries” are just an abstraction. They describe what’s in the article, without telling you anything about the actual content. How useless is that?

It’s so sad that one of the first things we do with genAI - potentially the most powerful technology ever invented - is create a bunch of AI sales tools that are filling our inboxes with unwanted spam!

@kizunanyc.com when it’s pretending to be β€˜real’ synthetic UGC will bomb for sure. But it could become a whole new category.
Also at some point time spent on social might be eroded by time spent with AI….

I’ve seen a lot of posts saying AI-generated UGC is going to be huge.

But isn’t this missing the point of UGC in the first place?

UGC became successful not just because it’s cheaper than brand content - but because it’s more authentic.

So what’s the value of synthetic authenticity?

Tested Gemini 'Advanced 1.5 Pro with Deep Research' πŸ§ͺ

Pros:
β€’ Tackles complex queries impressively
β€’ Searches 100+ sites rapidly
β€’ Shares research plan for feedback

Cons:
β€’ Multiple rounds needed
β€’ Occasional irrelevant searches πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Powerful, if quirky, research partner.

I predict that the pace of AI-driven change will increase, and almost all organisations will rapidly hit a point of 'overwhelm', from which they find it hard to advance in any meaningful way. Not sure if big tech and consultancies are really set up to help at scale either....
