Git worktree and/or containers is a better way to go parallel imho as then Claudes can work independently on diff branches using sub agents for parallel execution to speed things up if needed.

Claude parallel sub agents was already a thing, the only difference now is you can assign them different role prompts (something that was already possible if you prompted right). Biggest issue i see is they are not isolated from each other so they will end up tripping each other up.
