Several EVs like the F-150 and the Nissan Leaf are capable of bi-directional flow. There are several V2G pilots ongoing, including in Maryland.

V2G stands for vehicle to grid. The DRIVE Act uses the term bi-directional electric vehicle systems. These systems have the capability to inject electricity from a vehicle into the electric grid, and not just to premise or building where the EV charger is connected. /1
