for every grown adult i have to deal with who thinks it’s normal to use AI to write an email or, god forbid, check who’s teaching a class they’re taking (real life, real dumb example) i hope i’m emboldening another 14 teenagers to start kickin that hornets nest

the school year starts today and while i was teaching my summer art classes i kept telling my students (14-17y/o): “if you see a teacher using AI for your lessons you call them out on being losers. ask them ‘oh so we can cheat in this class?’ give them the hardest time possible.” and i hope they are
