Rather than knee-jerk posting/replying to something that makes you feel guilty or defensive, sit with the feeling you have, investigate it, learn from it, research about it. This is a skill that can be cultivated even (and especially) if you haven't been good at it before.

I am obviously not an authority on any of this stuff, I just hope to share things that I have found useful and productive. One of the things I find VERY useful right now is being a reader and a listener.

I listened to this excerpt this month and have had it at the forefront of my mind for days and days as I watch people get defensive over the !!! JUSTIFIED !!! anger and frustration of BIPOC.
