But it’s a really rewarding period of comics with tons of deep cuts for loyal X-fans. It also serves to spotlight a ton of under-utilized and interesting characters. And House of X/Powers of X is one of the best soft reboot openings ever

To be fair, they start to sort of nose dive once Hickman leaves the X-office (Inferno is his last event) and then editorial rushes to return them to their original status quo so they can line up better with their upcoming MCU debut. But I love almost everything up until then

I want everyone in your house to read all the Krakoa Era X-Men comics. I love them so much. The whole line was so exciting and felt completely fresh and new
