Yeeeah she was great at first but i think she just... gave up now :( there's also a big hole on the side of the roof that's been there for a few years. Told her about it but she just didn't care. It's cheap rent, only reason i'm still here tbh

Yeah it's been an ongoing battle with deer mice but this year we've had two instances of something dying in the walls- that's what bothers me more. We've been here for over a decade and never had issues with death in the walls 😂

Update: landlord sent someone who said that even though the porch overhang is separating from the house, that there's wood sheets and they can't get in through there. He also said that there's no way to avoid them coming in from the foundation cause pipes go in.

Still bothered by that gap 😒

I'll take one tomorrow when it's light outside! I looked at it again and it might be more complicated than I thought- looks like when the house shifted, the porch overhang didn't, and started separating from the house
