01.10.2025 18:15 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think every Honda I've owned had at least two seatbelt recalls. Why is it so hard for companies to get it right?

16.04.2025 03:26 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That looks really good, but my concern with things like this is they'll hold dirt and moister against the underside of the vehicle which will accelerate the decay of important fasteners.
Does it look like it will drain well? Is the area easy to clean with a hose from the side of the vehicle?

Lowest it's been in 17 and a half years.
I have $1000 in Tesla credits that I don't know how I'm going to spend. Supercharging just isn't part of my regular life anymore, and there are no accessories I want from them. I figure Rivian is the same way.
11.03.2025 22:40 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I find that anything which would be a short term occupant of the gear tunnel could just as easily be put in the back seat area.
Longer term gear tunnel occupants for me are tools and such.
My recovery gear lives under the rear seats in "long term storage". And charging equipment goes in the frunk.
I want that for my Rivian :D
04.03.2025 17:41 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0How much did the original cost? $2000 seems like a great deal!
03.03.2025 14:01 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Cool - I'm looking forward to more companies using Rivian's vans. I'm glad they are producing more than personal vehicles. It's good for the brand.
01.03.2025 03:19 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The very real dangers of working from home.
I've had a CT scan. No broken ribs or internal damage.
Max pack is apparently 141kWh. 70% (10 to 80 charge range) is 98.7kWh. At $0.64/kWh that would be $63.17 +tax.
More importantly, if the vehicle is averaging 2miles/kWh, that would make it $0.32/mile. I really hope people are only using this kind of charging for road trips.

Well that almost ruined my day.
You're nearly to half the cost of the car. Might as well buy it and trade it for a new one in 3 years.
