He never replied to that but I had a maintenance issue today & my fave guy came to fix it, I mentioned the rent raise & he said he’ll talk to the LL.

I fucking hate when I tell my roommate about a problem at the apartment and I she immediately tells her gf who then gives her wrong expert opinion which my roommate proceeds to share with me. She has been wrong every time she diagnosed an issue at our apartment—like girl, just worry about yours!
