Texting my friends, asking if they have the time to talk feels so much worse now than ever before, i feel like such a burden when i spiral just a tad bit and i fucking hate it

Like, i doom scroll SO ABSURDLY much in the evening, barely have the energy to play games at all anymore and when i do, i feel terrible 😭 i have no energy for anything as of late 😭

Recently got diagnosed with depression again - life has truly been kicking me down so wildly as of late, i struggle so hard with just existing, especially in the later hours of the day... 😭

2 weeks later and i can FINALLY say i have been to the gym for the first time, it was scary AF but i was so proud of myself for going 😭

Update - I have so far, kept it up for over a week now! It's been a struggle though not gonna lie - but i am motivated to keep going! 🙏💪

Signed up for the gym at uni today and god i was SCARED 💀

I didnt know how scared i was to go into the gym until i was there and started shaking so bad... but its done! I am also making an effort to count my calories which is ROUGH

but i wanna go through with this! aaaa

I also spent alot of time today buying new workout clothes 💀

decided that ill finally start putting my health first for once

so starting from tommorow - ill be making it a goal to work out 2 - 3 pr. week 🫶 i wanna lose more weight, and actually feel like i'm in control of my body again rather than holding myself back all the time because of my look... 💀
