i got a lot of dopamine from uploading there, and got overly concerned with the engagement numbers. in the end i realized most ppl just enjoy the tunes and don't care much for the nerdy details, but that's okay

i'm happy some of the composers got to see their work is still loved

man looking back.. i grinded so hard with ringtone/tech product bangers on twitter back in 2020-23. had a near-constant schedule of uploads, posted lots of fun facts, shitposts and so on. always feel a bit embarrassed looking thru it but i'm happy so many ppl enjoy it

as much as huge arrange albums can be fun, i also like smaller arrange albums (i.e under 15 tracks) since there's less for the listener to process and allows for each individual track to shine a bit more, if that makes sense

close enough, torine has done some lovely tunes for it with her theremin. she was at sega but not in wave master so barely any of her work got released on CD there sadly :(

always felt it would be really cool to imagine 2000s sega/wave master doing a katamari OST. a lot of sega composers back then were crossing into shibuya-kei territory, like tomoko sasaki (serani poji!), naofumi hataya or keiichi sugiyama

about january last year i saw that yuu miyake did some synth programming work on everything needs love and shinin' so decided to check his stuff out. ENL and butterfly are my favs from him

love some of mondo grosso's nu jazz-y stuff from the early 2000s
