all dec's idea! it was orig just the string hits + text at first, & i was apprehensive, but Bender's Big Score (a movie KIND OF about aliens scamming the earth) is like War of the Worlds if you squint, so the more time i spent in the editing booth, the more sense it made to push them closer together

as this blows up i'd be remiss not to mention that we did this in the name of giving back on our birthdays (and yet another unimaginably tough Ramadan) to Anera & The Zaynab Project. you have the tremendous privilege of granting opportunity and hope to give to those who desperately need it right now

i wanted to add the little incidental jingles at the start of most episodes too but i couldn't get anything super clean without splicing out dialogue, so we had to pivot

we did edit that, just felt a little sloppy to have another opening after the opening. also any dead air you can cut from broly is good air to cut

this time we tricked everybody who though they were watching bender's big score into watching the speedy dub of broly. i wish i got a recording of everyone screaming at me for this one because it was seriously like four minutes of the loudest i've ever heard people yell
