Exactly. I just don't know what it would take to take down the beast permanently, I felt like enough of us exodus-ing together could do it, but it seems it wasn't quite enough, and now I don't know that there would be another such exodus, let alone bigger... Sorry to be cynical. 😅

Tried to squeeze it all into one comment but I meant promotion really requires a bigger pool than your small community, so that's salt on the wound for those of us trying to spread what we create to the world. :(

Yes, exactly this! And it's one thing to be content with a small solid community, but when I'm watching that community seem to shrink by the day, and those that left were people I really enjoyed interacting with, it's just a real bummer.

Ya, one thing I appreciate here is that I'm fairly confident likes are from humans, but regardless it's sad to see much less human interaction on things than what they deserve, and definitely less than even a few months ago.

Dang, some of my fave peeps seem to be posting back on x and not on here. Meanwhile I'm seeing incredible art/music etc get barely any engagement here (where their previous posts got lots). For a moment there I really felt like we could beat the beast, but now? 😥

Also that art was made by my nephew, who was 12 at the time! 🤯

New music for a new world! Made three new tracks for the update, which I'm pretty proud of, as they explore different interpretations of the theme. I wonder how many examples of "mirroring/reflection" anyone can catch?
