A fluffy pancake you bake in the oven. I usually soften butter and mix it rather than melt.
I’m sure you can use a large oven safe skillet if you don’t have a cast iron pan.

Be warned the pancake is large plate sized!

You can also try removing the graphics card and see if the system boots up. I’ve had that happen once where that was the part that died

For the record, it sounds like a power supply issue from my experience

That’s always a potential but fairly rare as long as you have a surge protector.

If you have a spare power supply, try swapping it out on the connectors on the board. (No need to pull the existing one)

Id also make sure that memory is placed in firmly and make sure the inside is free of dust

Try unplugging the power for 20 seconds and power it back up. Make sure all power connectors are connected.
