My husband and I attended an online training last night that had 700 people logged on.

And thanks to the folks from LA and Chicago who have given their time to meet with Charlotte organizers. I can say there has been a "ground game" in Charlotte to protect immigrant communities pretty much since Trump got in office.

Worth reiterating that the Coast Guard is part of DHS, not the military.

So if this is "acceptable" Coast Guard policy, it's also probably an acceptable policy at ICE, CBP, Secret Service, and other agencies under DHS if it's not already.
